This was the 2nd time I took my car in for service. Each time, the technicians were very thorough and honest. My original visit was for a battery replacement since that’s what I was told by another service center. Yet, HeartCertified told me a replacement wasn’t needed. While this visit was more complex and pricey I had full confidence after seeing the videos and pictures sent to me. Thank you for a job well done. B

I was told 4-5 hours for a walk-in oil change that I called in on my cell phone prior to arriving on the agreed time. It took almost exactly 5 hours. They were accurate with the Word. I was hoping for speedy delivery, but alas, perhaps not! Nonetheless, they got the job done.

You told me my a/c clutch is going to fail. Does that mean the a/c will quit completely? Because the second I picked it up from you guys after having the a/c recharged, it is still intermittently getting cold and then warm. It’s doing the same thing it was doing before. Does the a/c clutch cause this or does it quit completely?

I had an issue with one of my tires and Heart Auto took my car within 20 minutes of my call. They fixed the tire and I was back home within the hour. The work they do is expeditious. I highly recommend Heart Auto.

Needed a simple oil change for a European car; received a mailer with a coupon price of $89.95.Despite sitting in the waiting room, nobody ever provided an update to me during service - I received texts to review and approve/reject additional preventive maintenance, but no one ever said the car was ready. I only noticed it when I went to ask for status, because I was told it would be an hour to an hour and half. Over two hours later, the key was on the counter and the car was parked back out front.The follow-up texts are what prompted me to write a review.17 minutes after I paid for the oil change, I received a text offering me a "Memorial Day Oil Change Special" that was $10 cheaper than what I had literally just paid. And the next morning, I received two texts saying "if you ever have questions about your vehicle, our team is always here to help. Hold us accountable we won't let you down!"I responded to that one with a screen shot of the memorial day special. I didn't get any reaction or response to that at all.So, good service, unfortunate communication. Sometimes over-reliance on technology is not a good thing. (and I work in tech).

They came in for a wheel alignment that was supposed to cost me around $200After a quick inspection, they advise not to go that route and to actually do something cheap cheaper that may help the situation. In the end I came out with $70 will rotation and was very satisfied from the results. Never seen a place that’s downgrade the service to make sure it cost you less. I High recommend

Frank and the team at Heart Wilmette are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and will explain why they recommend a repair or service. Went in for a oil change and rotation when they noticed fast wear on my rear tires. Needed to get two tires replaced and an alignment. While we waited was also time for a brake fluid change so added that while the car was up to make for a smooth process.While I initially waited I listened to them take a number of calls. They clearly provided inspection reports to customers then explained what services are recommended including services that could be paired together to reduce overall service charges and fees vs completing individually. The waiting area is small but very clean restroom, coffee, and water available. Once my repair would take longer for tires to be delivered they offered me a courtesy car for a few hours so I wasn't stuck at the shop while it was raining outside.Very professional team! Will definitely continue bringing my vehicles to Heart for future service!Vehicle: Ford Escape ~90K miles

Nice people - fair prices - not aggressive with extra recommendations (like brakes — extra pressure not applied, they just let you know if something might need work).Never had to come back and have something re-done. I’ve had to get my headlight wiring harness/socket done maybe 5 times in the last year and a half or two though, but I think it’s a fiat issue. Everything else they have worked on has never needed further action. I do not believe they would be able to fix a wiring harness just enough for it to malfunction X months after the fix. That would be an insane level of commitment and calculation. Probably impossible — i think it’s just my luck and the horrible brick roads of Wilmette (I drive for my job and have to encounter Wilmettes “lovely” infrastructure quite often).Anyway, no reason to stay away from these dudes. They are welcoming and give out coupons and discounts as well.
