I had to get towed in after my engine lost power on 94. I do not live in the area and it was a stressful, scary experience. Despite this Heart Auto Care was one of the best things about that experience. They could not have been more hospitable, communicative and responsive. I had a lot of questions because my car was fixed earlier in the week somewhere else for a related issue and Armando talked me through all my concerns. They provided an itemized receipt with PHOTOS and clearly distinguished between "needs repair now" and "you might want to look at this in the future," and I thought the pricing and timeline were very reasonable. I also want to shout out the young lady at the front for her warm and gentle welcome during a very rough day. The lobby is a clean and comfortable place to wait with a cute kid's play space. I recommend them to anyone and would definitely return if I lived in the area!

Nice people - fair prices - not aggressive with extra recommendations (like brakes — extra pressure not applied, they just let you know if something might need work).Never had to come back and have something re-done. I’ve had to get my headlight wiring harness/socket done maybe 5 times in the last year and a half or two though, but I think it’s a fiat issue. Everything else they have worked on has never needed further action. I do not believe they would be able to fix a wiring harness just enough for it to malfunction X months after the fix. That would be an insane level of commitment and calculation. Probably impossible — i think it’s just my luck and the horrible brick roads of Wilmette (I drive for my job and have to encounter Wilmettes “lovely” infrastructure quite often).Anyway, no reason to stay away from these dudes. They are welcoming and give out coupons and discounts as well.

I needed two filters changed but I came on the wrong day! I said I would return another day. But the nice man said Wait a second ……and before you knew it they squeezed me in and it was done in a Jiffy. Thank you Heart!

Honest, no-nonsense and to the point. Today was an oil change and engine coolant flush. They provided videos and images of any other issues the car had so that we could decide what to tackle today vs later. They have a good, clear system of documentation and communication for the customer.

I took my car first for oil change. It were great, but I should say that when I go there first and ask one guy I do not want to mention me I say, can I bring my own oli. And. Filter he told me that no you cannot. We. don’t want to responsibility for people bring their own stuff. So when I called For. second time I asked can I. Bring my own filter and oli. The. told me that that’s fine no problem. And that’s why I decide to give them. one more chance. And I go back they told me that I need a wheel bearing. I told him what’s going on explain to me and they did the job And. The. send me a picture. I’m very glad so far so good. Let’s see if the. can keep it going like that, I will go back as long as they listen to customer what they want This is more important Because I’m paying for what I want so. and I have already a recommend them to. few people I told my people. they are good I recommend them to go to them. I honestly never had heard of Heart Auto Care until I had to find a new car care because my long-time mechanic retired. I started with looking at reviews and proximity to where I live. Well, I have to say that after my time bringing my car in, I'm extremely impressed. Heart is an efficient, honest, and friendly place. Although it took longer for the techs to diagnose the problem, the repair work fixed the problem. In consideration for the delay I was provided part of the work for free which I greatly appreciated although I said it was unnecessary and offered to pay the portion of work in question.

The staff is helpful and upbeat! Sometimes they can even fit in the work on your car when they are super busy if it’s not too big a job! They have kept my 1996 Toyota Camry running in tip top shape for years! And the prices are reasonable! I highly recommend them!Back again to Heart Auto with my old Toyota which is expected since it is “aged”.I have been having problems with the emission controls. I have failed the emissions test so can’t get my license plate renewal. The team at Heart Auto took the time to figure out the problem. And when they couldn’t find a replacement part, they rebuilt mine with new gaskets andseals! The car runs like a top and I am off to get it tested and renewed. And they even gave me a discount on the labor for the job! I highly recommend their excellent work and reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong with Heart Auto!

I have never gone to a mechanic shop that is so easy to communicate with. People are so nice and i felt i can trust them the whole time, and i was right. Going here was the most pleasant mechanic vist i have ever had. I am 100% sure of the honesty and care they had for their patrons, and On top that They even provided a loaner car! 100% satisfied !!

Had a great experience. Armando and Manuel were great. There was a small rattle that persisted after the work was done. They recommended I take a test drive with a staff member. We identified together, they threw it back up on the rack, made the necessary adjustments, and left we no rattle. Job wasn't done until it was done. Customer service is clearly their focus!

Very good service, I drive a Mercedes c350 and had an issue with an emissions test and had a check engine light, they helped me clear it and pass the test. Went to 2 spots before and this was the only place that helped. Reasonable prices aswell.

I have been taking my car to Heart Auto for a few years now. Friendly, knowledgeable service shop. Never feel pressured to add services on a visit. More I feel as though I am being given a heads up as to what I will need to prepare gor in the coming months or year. I can then go back when I am prepared helping me to keep my vehicle running properly gor a long time. We took my wife's early 2000's Honda crv here they caught a serious safety issue before whole front axle snapoed off andceven took enough care to save exhaust sensors saving us $500. Who does this type of thing. Car runs like its brand new (almost 😁)Thanks Heart Auto❤️
